In the old days bike repair clamps were 4 inches high with a contact radius designed for frame tubes. Clamping frames has not been professionally acceptable since Eddy Merckx was racing, so we raised seatposts and “shimmed” the clamp faces with rags. After 25 years and countless hours wasted, Brett Flemming developed the Right Arm. 2″ of exposed seatpost is all you need. The offset gives you balanced rotation for less effort and a more compact work area. Plus multiple height options. Leather pads have the best grip known to humankind. 3 moving parts with ultra-precise tolerances for super-low maintenance. Replacement leather/epoxy kits are available. New Nylatron bearings reduce chance of crushing posts with excessive applications of force. Steel bearings still available for older clamps.

Fits Park’s ubiquitous cylindrical-interface repair stand sockets (e.g the PRS-3.2-1, does not fit Park portable stands with the “Tapered Donut” interface). Tolerances on Park’s product not guaranteed to be consistent but ours is.
