Efficient Velo Tools LLC is pleased to work with a variety of professional bicycle shops, qualified individuals, and businesses to provide wholesale pricing on our Safe Zone Helmet Mirror.

Qualified organizations include:

  • Bike shops - retail & service

  • Mobile repair units

  • Team mechanics

  • Applicable charitable organizations

  • Retailers

  • Safe Zone Ambassadors (a leadership member of a cycling community or an informal influencer)

Your business must be bicycle-related, a government agency, a municipal agency, an educational institution, a manufacturer or a 501(c) organization.

To apply to be a Dealer of the Safe Zone Helmet Mirror, please submit the Application BELOW.  We will review your information and let you

know if you’ve been approved. The entire PRICE LIST which includes price breakdown per quantity, will be shared upon approval of Application.

DEALERS ~ Refer a qualified friend to apply to be a Dealer and receive a coupon code for your next Website purchase. Be sure your referral gives your name/bike shop name!

In most cases, payment is required in advance. We accept checks, credit card or ACH Bank transfers. 

TERMS

  • MSRP/MAP = $40.00 * Enforced Internet Policy: Mirror cannot be sold on your company website for less than $40 shipped, IE $32 plus $8 minimum shipping.

  • Under no circumstances may any products purchased direct from EVT be sold on third party websites including but not limited to Amazon or eBay.

  • Minimum order = one * All orders placed by your shop/organization must be shipped to the address we have on file.

  • All orders must be placed using the email we have on file. Orders from other emails will be canceled.

  • Integrity required - No undercutting by internet retail.

  • Do not order tools/parts for your friends/family who work at your shop.

  • Employee purchases are okay from an approved email.

  • Violation or abuse of the EVT/Dealer relationship will be cause for halting of sales to your shop/organization.

  • Violation of agreement can lead to consequences up to but not limited to legal action on behalf of Efficient Velo Tools LLC.
