The No-Tilt Axle Vise & Saw Guide is made of case-hardened steel and employs a clever design to eliminate “tilt.”

This vise holds 9mm, 10mm, 14mm BMX axles, 9/16″ pedals, and serves as a saw guide for 5 and 6mm bolts. We’ve made a number of refinements to our design, improving the No-Tilt Axle Vise’s reliability and smoothness for day-to-day use.

• The No-Tilt feature comes from the two ledges of the tool which touch one another and ensure the clamping action is parallel.

• Use the Vise to remove dust caps on DT Swiss-style hubs. Simply pop the rim up and off!

• Shorten an axle: Clamp and with a hacksaw, use it as a saw guide. 

• The surface is heat-treated and case-hardened to a depth of thirty thousandths. By holding it flush against the Vise while using it as a cutting guide, it won’t dig into the metal.

• Use the Vise to grab 6mm and 5mm bolts for trimming with a hacksaw. 

• Additionally you may use it to crimp a cable housing cap onto the housing.
